History: Formed by Don Andrés Sánchez de Coquilla in 1901 with cattle of Udaeta, Veragua and Carreros. In 1916 he eliminated all of the above and formed it with cows and stallions of the Count of Santa Coloma and Albaserrada. He later passed to his son Don Francisco Sánchez de Coquilla, who in 1934 had to get rid of this cattle at his best. One of the four lots in which it was divided was acquired by Mr. Justo Sánchez-Tabernero, who put it in the name of his children. In 1951 it was divided in three lots, being one of them for gift Alfonso Sánchez Fabrés, passing in 1973 to announce in the name of its heirs. In 1993 the original cattle ranch was significantly reduced and expanded with "Sepúlveda" cows and stallions. In 1997, the rights of iron were acquired by Juan Albarrán Marín, forming the cattle ranch, acquiring 50% of the cattle ranch José Luis Pereda.
