Birth Day: On February 9th, 1976 Sevilla.

Debut with "Picadores": Bullring of Girona, June 24th, 1991. With Paco Leganes and Senda.

Debut in Las Ventas: On April 6th, 1997, alternative with Francisco Javier Porras and Juan Diego. Cheers and applause.

Alternative: On July 11th, 1999 at Feria de Avila at the hands of Manuel Diaz El Cordobes and Javier Conde as a witness. That eventually became the winner of the season in 4 ears cut in Avila, number of trophies that were not granted in that place for 23 years.

Confirmation: In the Monumental de Mexico on the evening on December 23th, 2001, cuting one ear.

Further information: The bullfighter Antonio Barrera suffered a setback in the Plaza de Guadalajara (Mexico) on February 18th, 2002. Ostentatiously turned upside down while performing in the bullring of tha Mexican city. Barrera recovered  the confussion he suffered because of the sharp dropand also the temporary amnesia gave him the coup. What it does is takes longer to recover from the collarbone suffered cracks, which forced him to remain inactive for at least three weeks.

Guardians: In Mexico Arturo Magana. In Spain it has been taken over by the house Chopera, but in January 2007 break their relationship. As on February 2007 is his attorney Francisco LealRomero.
