History: Founded in 1927 by D. Jorge Rosa Rodríguez with cattle of Luís Gama and Alves do Rio, augmented with cows and stallions of García Pedrajas, from Tulio and Isaías Vázquez. In 1965 it passes on behalf of his son D. José Rosa Rodríguez who, keeping some Pedrajas cattle, adds others from Vinhas, of Pinto Barreiros and Ignacio Vázquez origin. Later he acquired a batch of Humberto Pardal cows (Rafael Calado-Mendes Graça) in 1994 to introduce a stallion of Rego Botelho from Lupi, and later two lots of cows Carmen Lorenzo and Gutiérrez Lorenzo.
