History: The Ave María cattle farm has its roots in 1941, when Juan Guardiola Fantoni acquired the Torre Abad iron. After his death, his son sold part of the herd in 1949 to Javier Molina, who introduced significant changes. In 2000, Philippe Pagès and Robert Margé established Ave María on the “El Sardinero” estate, focusing their breeding on Núñez del Cuvillo cattle. In 2022, two bulls from the stud were pardoned on the same afternoon, consolidating its prestige in bullfighting. Its history reflects effort and dedication in the breeding of the fighting bull
