The Bullring of Getafe,  next to the fairground, It was inaugurated on May 29, 2004 with bulls of José Vázquez for the bullfighters: Luis Francisco Espla, David Fandila "El Fandi" and Ivan García.

• Getafe is just 13 km from Madrid city, can be reached by train (takes 15 minutes) or by subway. The importance of this town comes from: his military airbase, one of the oldest in Spain, the "Cerro de los Angeles", considered the geographic center of the Iberian Peninsula, and Carlos III University, whose rector is in the city .
• The Getafe Festivities are held forty days after Easter Sunday which means that each year there are on a different date in mid to late May and early June. The festivities officially begin on Saturday, but unofficially kick off gives a pilgrimage that takes place nine days before the day of the Ascension, which is down from the Cerro de los Angeles to the patron, the Virgin of the Angels. That day is traditional to drink lemonade in places like the Town Hall Square.
