The Bullring Leon, also known for several years as a Lion Arena is an arena located in the city of León, Spain. It was open to the public in 1948. Today belongs to the City of Leon, who has delegated part of its administration to the private company Leon Arena, SL.

Celebrations:

• San Juan and San Pedro: In June, lasting several days (21 to 30). For them is Big Week, the annual festival. In Leon rides capital (giants and big heads), bullfights, which take place during the day and open air concerts, fireworks, bonfires and parties at night.

• San Froilan: 5th to October 12th in Leon. Have been held since the Middle Ages. They are the most traditional of all. There are parades of decorated floats, craft markets, music, pilgrimage to the Virgen del Camino

• Easter: are famous processions of Holy Week, especially Good Friday procession, which takes place through the streets of Old Town. It takes place in particular: Astorga. Easter Negrillos Lagoon, in the region of Paramo is considered of Regional Tourist Interest.
