History: It was formed in 1940 by Humberto Sánchez Tabernero with cows and sires Fabrés Sánchez. In 1949 it was acquired by joseph finat on behalf of his wife Casilda de Bustos and Figueroa, who announces to her husband's name "Conde de Mayalde" changing iron and currency. Acquired in 1986 and 1990 Juan Pedro Domecq Stallions and from there it has with cattle and Stallions Ventorrillo Juan Pedro Domecq.
