The change comes after Morante’s accident this Saturday during the Feria de la Peregrina in Pontevedra, where he sustained a serious injury.
Morante de la Puebla, who was facing the most important season of his career, is now forced to interrupt his campaign due to this injury. His place will be taken by Manuel Escribano, who already shone in the first bullfight of the fair, cutting an ear and showing great commitment and courage.
The final line-up now features Manuel Escribano, Juan Ortega and Clemente, who will fight bulls from Román Sorando, in a spectacle expected to draw great interest and excitement among fans.
