Pablo Aguado attends the presentation of the Picassian Bullfight

The Sevillian bullfighter is the great novelty in the traditional tribute to the Málaga artist

Next Monday, August 19 El Juli, José María Manzanares and Pablo Aguado will make the walk in La Malagueta in the tribute to Pablo Ruiz Picasso. They will face the bulls from the iron of Salamanca 'Garcigrande' in a ring decorated, once again, by the artist Loren Pallatier.

Pablo Aguado did not want to miss the act of presenting the poster at the Palace of la Aduana in Málaga and has expressed his pride in being part of the tribute to the international artist in such an important poster.

The August Fair of Málaga will begin on August 14 and end on the 21st.

Málaga August Fair: 'A sea of bullfighting'

La Malagueta will celebrate a total of eight bullfights that will start on August 14

'Toros del Mediterráneo', the company of the bullring of Málaga headed by José Luis Martín Lorca and José Carlos Escribano, has scheduled a great August Fair in the Andalusian capital that will run from 14 to 21 August.

Coinciding with the reopening of La Malagueta after its rehabilitation, the arena will hold a total of eight bullfights that include a bullfight with horses, a steers-bullfight and six usual bullfights; with a very special appointment as is the traditional 'Picassiana', which again will feature the scenery of the artist Loren Pallatier.

• · Wednesday, August 14; bulls fromJuan Pedro Domecq for Enrique Ponce, Javier Conde and Morante de la Puebla.
• · Thursday 15; Luis Terrón's bulls for horse-bullfighters Sergio Galán, Diego Ventura and Andrés Romero.
• · Friday 16; Lagunajanda bulls for Curro Díaz, El Cid and Galdós.
• · Saturday 17; bulls from Núñez del Cuvillo for Antonio Ferrera, José María Manzanares and Roca Rey.
• · Sunday 18; La Palmosilla bulls for López Simón, Román and David de Miranda.
