Paco Ureña, Valencia's winner

The July Fair of Valencia ended last Sunday with a resounding winner, the Murcian Paco Ureña. He fought his two bulls of Luis Algarra; in the first one he was caught dramatically when he entered to kill and in the second one the president stole the Puerta Grande after turning the bullring upside down.

Nevertheless, he received the awards for the Best Faena from the Diputación de Valencia, and the Best Estocada from the program "Toros con El Soro" (Bulls with El Soro).

An ear for Jorge Isiegas in the novillada of Los Maños, with his companions Jesús Chover and Ángel Sánchez in the ring; a triumph with Puerta Grande for Manzanares against Núñez del Cuvillo, and an ear for Castella and Ginés Marín; another appendix for López Simón in the Algarra bullfight; in the Cuadri bullfight, an ear for Rafaelillo and a bull, awarded by the Diputación, fought by Román although without sword, are the results of the Fair.
