1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND PARTS OF THE CONTRACT:

3. CONDITIONS ABOUT PROGRAM ON HIGH:
3.1 Registration request to the program:

4. COMMISSIONS, PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT:
4.1Level of the commission and entitled to commission:

6. LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP:

The revocation shall be prompted by:

8. CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SERVITORO is the exclusive holder of all rights of intellectual property the various advertising media, computer programs, including the control panel, the software developed for the affiliate program, and brands, logos, texts, creativity, content and designs as a whole part of the affiliate program. Not to reproduce, distribute, transform, communicate publicly, cede any power or use applications, web sites, advertising media developments or for purposes other than those stipulated in this contract codes. SERVITORO not transfer users the ownership of its software affiliate program, the affiliate being unauthorized acts of reverse engineering that allow sectioning for study, decompile, translate original code version or its language to another code or language. Therefore, SERVITORO reserves the right to act against anyone violating its intellectual or industrial property. AFFILIATE not make use of any material made available for purposes other than the here undersigned, unless it obtains prior written permission of SERVITORO. The affiliate undertakes not to use the distinctive advertising in any manner that disparages or negatively represents SERVITORO, image or markings.

11. CONSEQUENCES OF RESOLUTION OR TERMINATION
Terminate this Agreement for any reason, the Affiliate will be completely decoupled from SERVITORO, being expressly prohibited the use of logos and banners, or any allusion to the brand, logos, logos, or any other elements of industrial or intellectual property allocated in ownership to SERVITORO.

12. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
