Born in Madrid on 9 October 1994, Aitor Fernández has built his name patiently, with calm determination and a relentless pursuit: to embody truth in the bullring.

His bond with bullfighting began early, in village festivals and through a family devoted to the art. That spark soon grew into vocation. From small festivals and early appearances, he made his way through minor competitions, training tirelessly and learning not only to face the bull but also the rigours of the profession.

In 2014 he made his first public appearance in Colmenarejo. A year later, in 2015, he fought his first novillada without picadors, cutting an ear and showing his promise. On 8 September 2018, he took the decisive step of debuting with picadors, a moment that marked the start of a more demanding chapter, facing serious stock and proving his readiness to advance.

Since then, his career has been marked by afternoons of triumph. In rings such as Alameda de la Sagra, Valdilecha and Chinchón, he has won ears and tails, consolidating his place on the novillada circuit. In October 2021, at the Chinchón charity festival, he shone with two ears and revealed a maturity in his craft.

The great challenge came in 2025 with his appearance at Las Ventas. For Aitor, it was the culmination of a long-held dream: to perform in the most important bullring in the world, before the most demanding crowd, a public that gives nothing away but rewards true authenticity.

His artistic vision is unmistakable: a calm torero, with deep, measured passes, more devoted to sincerity than to empty display.
