What is a novillada?
A novillada with picadors is a bullfighting event in which novillos (young bulls, typically between three and four years old) are fought by novilleros (bullfighters who have not yet taken the alternativa, the ceremony that qualifies them to become full matadors). As in a traditional bullfight, picadors also take part in the event.
