History: Ranching created in 1997 under the protection of the article 5 bis b) of the Bylaws, with cows and breeding of inheritors of don Carlos Núñez. In the year 2002, it eliminates the cows and breeding of inheritors of don Carlos Núñez, keeping the cows acquired in 1997 to the ranching of don Manuel Ángel Millares, of origin "Jandilla" (before in turn of don Jose Pocoví), acquiring later new lots of cows and breeding of the mentioned ranching and the same origin "Jandilla". In 2004 it is acquired by the current owner who modifies the design of the iron. In the year 2009 it happens to form a part of The First Group of the UCTL.
