Bullfight tickets Vitoria 2016.
The most important festivals are the festivals of Vitoria Virgen Blanca. They begin on August 4 with the Chupinazo at 18:00 pm in the Plaza de la Virgen Blanca. Thousands of people flock to the start of festivities and see how low Celedón from the belfry to the balcony.
