A key date in the bullfighting calendar
The 2025 Almería Bullfighting Fair features a varied lineup with rising talents and top figures. It opens on August 27 with a mixed novillada for Sergio Sánchez, Julio Norte, and local novice Blas Márquez. On August 28, Morante de la Puebla, Fortes, and Juan Ortega will face bulls from El Parralejo and Álvaro Núñez. The fair closes on August 29 with a mixed event featuring Diego Ventura on horseback with bulls from María Guiomar, and Alejandro Talavante and Pablo Aguado on foot with bulls from El Pilar.
Bullfighting Events Included in the 2025 Season Ticket – 3 Shows
Wednesday, August 27: Mixed Novillada featuring young bulls from López Gibaja for Sergio Sánchez and Julio Norte, and two fights without picadors for Blas Márquez.
Thursday, August 28: Bullfight with bulls from El Parralejo and Álvaro Núñez for Morante de la Puebla, Fortes, and Juan Ortega.
Friday, August 29: Mixed bullfight with bulls from María Guiomar for Diego Ventura, and bulls from El Pilar for Alejandro Talavante and Pablo Aguado.
